Welcome!

Belair Town II Townhouse Association was established in 1969 in Bowie, MD.  The association consists of 150 town houses which are privately owned.

The entrance to Belair Town II Townhomes are off Race Track Road, near the intersection of Race Track Road and Annapolis Road (Route 450).

  • Belair Town II is within walking distance of Hilltop Shopping Center and Freestate Shopping Center.  It is less than 1 mile away from construction of a large new open shopping area (previously a mall), and only 3 miles from Bowie Town Center.  Bowie’s sister city, Crofton, is a short drive away and offers further dining and retail options.
  • Belair Town II is currently districted for Yorktown Elementary School (K-5), Samuel Ogle Middle School (6-8), and Bowie High School (9-12).  It is conveniently located within 4 miles of Bowie State University.
  • Belair Town II is public transit accessible by Metro Bus, and access to MARC trains (Penn Line to Baltimore or Washington, DC) is approximately a 10 minute drive.  Free parking is available at the MARC station.
  • Belair Town II receives public water and sewage service, as well as trash, recycle, and yard waste pickup.

Community Beautification Day

Please join the Belair Town II Community on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm to beautify our community.  During the event, we will pick up litter throughout the neighborhood. Participants will need their own gloves.  We will provide trash bags. There will be a limited number of trash grabbers available (first come, first served).

If you are interested in participating, please complete the RSVP FORM. Thanks!

FYI

Due to problems with wordpress.com, the Board is just posting this notice now. There was a 2021 Camaro Racing car stolen from behind Morningside Lane on December 30, 2023, between the hours of 12-4am. If you saw anything or have any information, please contact Anthony at 240-302-4725.

FYI:

Discarded mattresses and box springs must be entirely wrapped in plastic before Bowie City will pick them up. The plastic can be purchased at Home Depot. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
